My experience has shown me that people are not only capable of real change, but do so all the time.

Change is not easy and can be a lot harder if you try to do it on your own. I believe that each person has within themselves the ability to change.

I view my work as providing the right environment to unlock this natural process. With this in mind, I am person-centered, warm, and approachable.

My primary goals as a practicing psychologist are to provide effective care, convenience, and an alternative to the traditional office-based therapy model. Toward this end, I offer therapy outside - something I call Pathwork.

To help. To mentor. To guide.
